Hacienda Paradise Hotel Review. I had a fantastic stay at Hacienda Paradise Hotel! the weather was wonderful, and the staff demonstrated dedication and friendliness throughout my visit. My room was impressively clean and spacious, complete with a lovely terrace or balcony. Everything was perfect during my time there!

Thank you all for a nice stay with dedication and friendliness. The location of the hotel was wonderful, in the center of PDC. Further, it was just next door to a beautiful beach, the main shopping area`s/bars and the 5th Avenue shops and restaurants.

Review of Hacienda Paradise Hotel, Playa del Carmen

Hacienda Paradise Hotel is a charming and well-maintained property located in the heart of the Centro district, making it an ideal spot for exploring local bars and restaurants. It's also conveniently close to the beautiful beach outside of town. the hotel boasts a comfortable and convenient location right across from a lovely café, enhancing the overall experience.

Very welcoming and informative staff - the best of all hotels I stayed at in Mexico in 2 weeks; excellent range of facilities; nicely appointed room; lovely buffet breakfast served daily by the pool; reasonably located to the beach and main shopping strip. All round, a very nice boutique hotel and a good alternative to resort style accommodation.

Our room (room 1) was affected by noise from the next door bar on the first night; there were insufficient english language channels (particularly news) available on the television.

This hotel has an incredibly helpful staff, a convenient location near restaurants and the beach, and plenty of excellent meal choices.

OK and clean hotel with attentive and friendly personel. Larger fridge than usually for a hotel room, good bed and fast wlan. Large PC-compatible safe, but with key.

The safe should have been electronic. Shower unreliable, did not work properly a single morning on my 3 day stay, one morning I waited nearly 1 hour without a single drop. The price was not competitive and the placement is way off on the Booked.net map (1st Avenue/1st street on the map, the correct location is 10th avenue/22 street).

This place has a great location, perfect for exploring Quinta Alegria Shopping Mall by foot, and it's surrounded by restaurants and cafés.

Kind and friendly staff made the stay at this hotel a great experience.
